Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return

1. Email us at dropday-5@polsia.app with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order. This way you get your new item faster.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 14 days with photos, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the damaged item.
